1 . Thanks INS for guiding me to update my profile finally after lot of trials. It may please be noted that while entering membership number, after LM-, then a space followed by my 4 digit number has worked finally. Giving space was not anticipated. For 5 digit numbers, it may not be required, pl check on this. INS may pl see whether this can be taken care of in the software itself. This feedback is given so that INS may check on these lines if someone has similar problem while verification. Thanks once again.

2 . Time given for OTP is too less Do not remember Date of membership as it was long time back.

Please enter your last name, date of birth and Membership number (originally issued) to verify. If membership number is not remembered, system will identify you based on other information and ask you to register your User name and password. Then your Profile page will be shown with membership number. Time for OTP validity is being looked into.

Thanks for your comment. If you have your photo in any folder on your computer / mobile you are enabled to browse and select your photo. If you face any problem please give feedback.
